💜 First and foremost make sure the products you choose are specifically designed for your skin type. Oily skin does not have the same needs as dry skin. As does mature skin would use different products to that of younger skin.
💛 Pay special attention to the more fragile areas. Some parts of your face such as your eyes or lips have particularly fragile skin. These areas are more sensitive and deserve special attention.
💜 The eye area is ten times finer than the skin on the rest of the face, therefore choosing a specific routine for make-up removal in this area is really important as is using a specific product suitable for this delicate area.
💛 Moisturising is essential. The dermis is made of 70% water and the epidermis 15%. It is important to choose daily moisturisers that will balance the level of water within your skin.
💜 Sun protection whatever the season is of upmost importance. This will reduce the harmful effects of the sun that will accelerate the ageing process.
💛 External stress such as weather conditions, pollution, smoking, alcohol and stress can cause havoc within your skin. Protect against these daily stresses by drinking plenty of water and having a healthy balanced diet.

So we have been extremely busy of late working non-stop back to back for the past few months 🏃🏼‍♀️😵‍💫
13 hr days some days🤪making sure all of our lovely patients look shamazing ♥️
So it was time that I had a little hour to do my own tweakments before we close for the festivities🥳
